How creators get paid
You pay the creator directly, with one of the payment methods on your listing, such as PayPal, Wise, a bank transfer or USDT. Virora is not part of that payment and is not responsible for it.
If a payment or the work does not arrive, either side can report the other. Virora reviews reports and may suspend accounts, but it does not refund or collect money between brands and creators.
Questions
What happens when a listing ends?
Creators can no longer find it or apply. Buy more time to put it back up, or add time before it ends to keep it live.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, anytime from Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Partial months are not refunded. The Refund Policy has one exception for the first 14 days.
Do included listings roll over?
No. Included listings and the direct message allowance reset at the start of each billing month.
What is a direct message?
A message you send to a creator who has not applied to your listing. On Pro, each new creator you message counts once toward the 100, and chats you already have never count.
Who handles billing?
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for Virora. It runs checkout, handles tax and sends your invoices and receipts. Your card details stay with Paddle.
